• Pursuit version of Tuesday night crit
• More Sugar (Capri Sun (Thanks you church by tnw course!) and Popsicle)
• Death march on the way home, very tired and very hot.
• More Sugar (Orange soda at Jimmy Johns)
• 3 hrs of pedaling.

It was the type of evening that has you sighing multiple times during post ride couch time. Painful in a great way.
