Big weekend coming up.

Got a big run tomorrow, KC Marathon, relay only though... no way in hell i'm doing 26.2 miles all by myself. So be on the look out for Team Riot Punch as we wreak havoc on the Streets of Kansas City, be advised, the havoc wreaking will be done at a very slow pace.

Then Sunday is the Boulevard Cup cross race, beer, food, bicycles... gonna be totally rad.
