A Saturday night in KC - w/ last second Texas field goal

Last night i went to The R Bar in the west bottoms. Very cool. Tried Arturo's drink, the West Bottom's Social Club. It was delicious. Pretty cool that he won this year's greater Kansas City Bartenders competition with that drink. It's got egg white in it, go try it.

The band they had was outstanding. The first song they played was a great version of 'Knock me a Kiss'. I should of kissed the girl i was with but besides that it was a classic night.

I also enjoyed watching Texas kick a last second field goal to beat Nebraska. That field goal should mean a spot in the national title game. There something great about watching a close game in a crowded bar with the tv on mute.
